Blay is a seasoned technology executive and cybersecurity strategist with over 20 years of leadership experience in IT infrastructure, cyber risk, and enterprise transformation across both government and private sector domains. He currently serves as CEO of OMNIStrategies Limited and as Principal Cybersecurity Consultant to Ghana’s National Communications Authority (NCA), where he has played a pivotal role in shaping national cybersecurity strategy and capacity-building frameworks. Previously, he held senior executive roles at GEICO, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, where he led cloud adoption, cybersecurity compliance, and infrastructure transformation for over 16 million customers. Throughout his career, Dr. Blay has been recognized for driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives with operational budgets exceeding $100 million and leading teams of 200+ professionals across functional domains. His leadership has been instrumental in restructuring cyber divisions, implementing ISO 27001-certified security programs, and maintaining compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS, and other global standards. Ing. Dr. Collins Yeboah-Afari is a veteran technology executive with over three decades of experience in IT infrastructure, public-sector modernization, and large-scale systems implementation across government, multinational, and startup environments. He currently serves as Director General of the Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT (GI-KACE), where he has transformed the national institution into a regional powerhouse for ICT innovation, capacity-building, and digital infrastructure. Under his leadership, the Centre secured a 300% increase in funding and attracted international support from the World Bank, Mastercard Foundation, GIZ, UNDP, and UNESCO to advance Ghana's progress toward multiple UN Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, Dr. Collins is the Chairman of BigPay Ghana Ltd, a Ghanaian fintech firm. Leading Firnal’s rapidly growing sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and international commerce division, Curt leverages his over 25 years experience in the consumer goods industry with meaningful relationships and specific expertise in selling product planograms into national retailers including Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, Ace Hardware, True Value, Do It Best, and a host of National Distributors & Independent Retailers. Curt also has decades of experience in licensing goods to the likes of NASCAR, the NFL, and NCAA, implementing national private label programs for renowned brands like Walmart, Menards, and Ace Hardware. Curt also has powerful industry relationships in niche sectors, including but not limited to: Lawn & Garden, Automotive, Building Materials, and the Pet Industry. Curt has led international manufacturing projects in injection & rotational molding, cold rolled steel, zinc stamping, silicone molding, and glass-filled nylon applications. Curt excels with product development, retail packaging, national sales, and marketing programs that combine all facets of direct import programs, domestic shipping, and drop ship programs to best maximize the overall sales for products and companies represented.
