8th Gallery reshapes Moonbrush leadership to accelerate growth and reinforce product excellence
July 1, 2025 — New York, NY — 8th Gallery, today announced a strategic restructuring of Moonbrush's leadership to reinforce its commitment to product excellence, financial performance, and enterprise-focused growth. The transformation includes a refreshed leadership team designed to guide Moonbrush through its next stage of scale and innovation.
Over the past year, Moonbrush has rapidly expanded its footprint as a next-generation behavioral intelligence platform for commercial and political clients. In order to meet the increasing demands of mid-market, enterprise, and agency partners and ensure a world-class standard of execution, 8th Gallery has made a decisive shift in commercial leadership, aligning the division with a renewed focus on accountability, vision, and long-term value creation.
A Deliberate Leadership Transition
As part of the restructuring, 8th Gallery has transitioned out several senior Moonbrush leaders whose approaches and results no longer aligned with the company's evolving strategic objectives. These changes reflect a broader move toward heightened accountability, product consistency, and ethical leadership across all levels of the organization.
8th Gallery parted ways with Moonbrush's former Chief Operating Officer following a sustained lack of delivery on key financial performance benchmarks. The company also concluded its relationship with the former Senior Vice President of International Operations, whose prior conduct, prior to joining 8th Gallery, came to light and conflicted with the company’s standards of integrity and trust. Additionally, 8th Gallery exited its previous Vice President of Product Fulfillment and Director of Client Relations at Moonbrush due to recurring issues in client delivery and operational execution that risked undermining the company’s reputation for excellence.
“These decisions were incredibly difficult to make, but, ultimately, absolutely necessary,” said Abdullah "Adam" Syed, Executive Principal of 8th Gallery. “We are building an organization rooted in trust, transparency, and performance, and that means ensuring every leader models those values without compromise. We offered former employees a competitive exit package for their services, and wish all of them well in any of their future endeavors.”

Alan Occhiuti, Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

A University of Colorado graduate with a degree in Biology, Alan brings deep technical expertise and a systems-thinking mindset to every project. His work blends scientific rigor with user-centric design, resulting in platforms that are powerful, scalable, and profoundly useful. With a strong background in enterprise software, cloud strategy, and AI-driven solutions, Alan is at the forefront of transforming how organizations harness data to solve real-world challenges.
Brendan Sirois, Chief Product Officer (CPO)
As Chief Product Officer, Brendan Sirois leads Moonbrush’s onshore and offshore development teams in building enterprise-grade, data-driven solutions. A rising leader in the product space, Brendan combines startup grit with technical depth, leveraging a background in finance, entrepreneurship, and design to deliver products that don’t just meet expectations but redefine them.
